In accordance with Jersey County Code of Ordinances Title III, Chapter 34, Hotel and Motel Tax, submission of this report along with the total county tax due must be made monthly to the Jersey County Treasurer. Please enclose a copy of your Illinois Monthly Hotel Operators’ Occupancy Tax Return and the form below with your check.
